All within the upper district pay a lot more to live where they do, making it housing for upper class. The outside of the wall varies greatly in wealth. |

Moore A small city on the edge of the border between the two eastern kingdoms. The city is often used as a halfway point for those traveling between cities. It has a very large trade center and is inhabited by a mix of humans and elves |

Riften A large lakefront town, with a large fishing community based at it. Most seafood imports come from here to distribute to the rest of the world. The town has little to no middle class due to the large lower class fisherman and the small rich distribution companies for the fish |

Lith A very small beach town, holding a population of under 100. The town is nice beachfront property but due to no walls not the safest of neighborhoods. A constant wolf problem afflicts the town |

Shrine of Kris A mysterious ruin under a lake. Not much is known about Kris, it seems that the deities history was lost long ago with the fear of the approaching mist. The shrine itself is beneath a lake and most of it is damaged cobblestone |
